Erin Chamlee

Erin Chamlee is an Associate Director and Career Coach with the Carlson Business Career Center. She has been working in career development for 16 years and at Carlson for the past 6 years and loves helping students pursue their next new job. She lived in New York City for 12 years before moving back to Minnesota 9 years ago to be closer to family. She currently lives in the south metro area with her husband and 2 pre-teen kids who are active in just about every sport, so she spends most of her time cheering loudly at their games.

 Melodie Bard

Melodie Bard is the Director of Operations & Student Services for the Carlson Analytics Lab. Her career background has focused on higher education; first spending ten years in the admissions and recruiting space before moving into her role supporting experiential learning in CAL in 2019. She also has a passion for communications, demonstrated by a BA in Communication Studies and an MA in Strategic Communication. A lifelong Minnesotan, she is always happy to chat about fun things to do in the Twin Cities but also loves to travel. So far she's made it to 20 countries and would love suggestions about where to go next.
